Our halibut charters are based out of Ninilchik, Alaska only a 45 minute scenic drive from the Soldotna/Kenai area. You'll be fishing in comfort aboard our 33ft custom halibut boats, which can be in excellent fishing waters in 30 minutes (considerably much less time than a typical charter out of Homer). We believe in taking out only small groups of no more than six people so you won't feel overcrowded or rushed. We use nothing but the highest quality equipment and fishing tackle.

A day of halibut fishing is relaxing, easy, and fun. You'll have the time of your life, although your arms might get more of a workout than they bargained for. Halibut can vary in size from 20 pounds to huge 100 plus pound "barndoor" halibut. The limit is two halibut per day and most halibut kept are in the 25 to 50 pound range, although 100 pound plus halibut are quite common.
